Attribute caps remain the same (4), but they get an extra +1D to any attribute and their starting skill cap is 3, not the usual 2. Note that this extra attribute die can be broken into 3 extra skill dice.

(This technically can allow humans to have the best defenses if they put their dice into skills that have defense options associated with them, such as a melee weapon or athletics.)
